Survey Examinations

Pre-Funding Examinations
BY&S conducts Pre-Funding examinations, leveraging data from the Survey exam to provide clients with the latest information, enabling them to make well-informed credit decisions when closing new deals.
Recurring Examinations
BY&S performs Recurring examinations on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis that conforms to the needs of our clients. We assess the collateral and timely communicate concerns and recommendations. Our communication before, during, and after fieldwork is paramount so you can be informed of credit concerns as they arise. By communicating findings during fieldwork, we can often act as a liaison between the lender and borrower to facilitate communications or address concerns. Our end-product is a thorough and detailed report that includes insights, trends and analysis that can help you make informed decisions.
Collateral Verifications
BY&S performs Collateral Verifications for clients which include the verifications of accounts receivable via phone, email or customer portal, review of borrowing base calculations, on-site inventory test counts, and on-site inspections of real estate, machinery and equipment, or other collateral. We have Examiners located throughout the United States, which can help save travel and expenses for on-site inventory test counts or inspections.
