Wes joined BY&S in June 2016, bringing over 4 years of experience from Tamarac, Inc. where he served as an operations consultant specializing in financial analytics and reporting.  Wes began his tenure at BY&S as an examiner to learn the ins and outs of the exam process.  He later transitioned into operations, ultimately advancing to his current role as BY&S’ Director of Operations.

Wes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing with a minor in Finance from Wingate University.  Outside of work, Wes enjoys sharing “dad” jokes and spending quality time with his family and dog.
