Randy has over two decades of experience in the asset-based lending industry and has been hired by BY&S to help lead the Traditional ABL division.  Randy has led and managed deals that range from $1MM to $3B.  Randy’s experience includes leading large complex exams, leading smaller individual exams, training new examiners, managing client relationships, working in various team settings, scheduling, and managing staff.  Before joining BY&S, Randy accumulated experience at First Capital Corporation, Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance, Bank of America, and Top Tier Examination Services.  Randy’s work has been recognized through several prestigious awards.  In 2015, he received the Bank of America APEX (Achievement of Performance Excellence) Award, the bank’s top honor for extraordinary service. He also earned the Bank of America Spirit Medallion in 2008 and the Merrill Lynch Capital Performance and Cultural Excellence Award in 2007 for his outstanding teamwork and professionalism on complex transactions.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University. In his leisure time, Randy enjoys travelling, playing with his dogs and all things outdoors.
