Jenn began her journey with BY&S as a consultant in 2008, transitioning to a full-time role in March 2012. Jenn is an integral part of BY&S’ review team, and plays a crucial role in our training, staff development and mentorship programs. In addition, Jenn assists BY&S in marketing and maintaining our LinkedIn presence.  Before joining BY&S, she amassed extensive experience in examiner, reviewer, scheduling, and portfolio management roles at First Capital Corporation, DVI Business Credit Corp, and Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance.

Jenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her passion for travel initially drew her to the field examiner role. Having grown up on the east coast, lived on the west coast and in the Midwest, she currently resides in the south. Jenn and her family frequently embark on small adventures around the country due to her daughters’ passion for volleyball.
