Jennifer Nipper joined BY&S in June 2014, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles within the healthcare industry. Her career highlights include serving as VP of finance, controller, and business office manager for skilled nursing facilities, notably at a privately owned chain with annual revenue of $110MM. Over the years Jennifer has managed and mentored staff, managed client relationships and kept the BY&S staff informed of industry news, all while working on our highest profile projects.

Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Henderson State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. In her leisure time, she finds joy in saltwater fishing, container gardening, and cherishing moments with her Jack Russell puppies!
