Brian brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and finance, specializing in financial consulting and turnaround services for healthcare firms, alongside advisory roles for commercial lenders. His comprehensive skill set spans due diligence, restructuring, viability assessments, healthcare receivables management, crisis intervention, interim financial oversight, liquidation, financial reporting, and business strategy. Prior to founding BY&S’ predecessor in 2001, Brian served as Chief Operating Officer, Account Executive, and Controller at two commercial lenders, focusing on healthcare sector lending. Earlier, he contributed to a major national nursing home chain.

Brian holds an inactive CPA license and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Political Science from Grove City College. He maintains memberships in the Turnaround Management Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
