Anthony, who joined BY&S as its first employee in September 2008, brings over 25 years of expertise in asset-based lending, with a specialized focus on healthcare spanning two decades. Currently, he oversees a significant portion of the BY&S field examination team and is the BY&S partner overseeing the traditional asset-based lending division. Before joining BY&S, Anthony accumulated experience at First Capital Corporation, DVI, and Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance. He was promoted to partner in January 2024.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf and pursuing woodworking projects.
