Wes Mander

Wes grew up in West Deptford, NJ, and now resides in Matthews, NC with his brilliant wife and two beautiful children. He received his Bachelors in Marketing with a minor in Finance from Wingate University in May 2010. Wes enjoys traveling and attending concerts with his wife, and is passionate about his family. Prior to coming to work with BY&S, Wes worked as an Operations Consultant developing processes and best practices for clients.
Wes joined BY&S in 2016 as a Healthcare Consultant, moving to Operations Manager in 2019, and then promoted to Director of Operations in 2023. Wes is the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. His diligence, proactive approach, and ability to keep things on track, often a thankless role, make him an invaluable asset in keeping the company running smoothly.
