Mike Connor

Mike lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, and moved to the United States from Stockport, England in 2013. He graduated from Wingate University with a BS in Criminal Justice and received his MBA from Wilkes University. Mike played on the lacrosse team during his time at Wingate and continues to coach lacrosse part-time for them. Mike married his wonderful wife, Maranda in January 2020 and they have an adorable son, Mason. He is most passionate about soccer (aka football in England) and was heavily involved in it with his family growing up. He also enjoys coaching lacrosse and snow skiing.
Mike joined BY&S in June 2019 and was recently promoted. In addition to completing exams for multiple Lenders, he is now able to leverage his love of coaching by working with newer BY&S staff in onboarding and training.

Fun fact: Mike played in the Lacrosse World Championship in Finland in 2012!
