Ben grew up in Wichita Falls, TX and lived in Dallas, TX until the end of 2024. At the start of 2025, after getting engaged in 2024, Ben and his fiancé, Lauren, began a trek across the country due to her job, living in each location for about a month. Their schedule has taken them to FL and TN with upcoming stops in CO, WY, and WA. Ben enjoys hiking and camping through National Parks, recently took up golf, and is on a mission to visit all 30 MLB Ballparks. He is passionate about exploring new experiences, continued learning, and personal development. Prior to joining BY&S, Ben worked as a field examiner and a small business banker structuring and underwriting commercial loans for small businesses.
Ben joined BY&S in August 2024 as a Senior Field Examiner on the Traditional side, focusing on recurring and survey exams, consistently bringing a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn. His expertise and dedication is a great addition to our team. He has a bright future with BY&S.
